  • Whether your service spans the digital or physical world, I can help you understand the problems that need solving. I’ll work with you to map out how your service currently works and help you envisage what it could be through service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes. I can also facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and heuristic evaluations. If you run a government service, I can even help you prepare for and attend GDS assessments.

  • I can carry out heuristic evaluations of existing products and services to provide you with insights and recommendations on how to improve them, or I can design them from scratch. From research insights to wireframes and prototypes, I can help you get your products and services off the ground.

  • I can help you identify who your customers and users are, and what their motivations, behaviours and needs are through a range of research methods. Whether it’s conducting interviews or contextual inquiry in Discovery, running card sorts or A/B testing in Alpha, or even end-to-end usability testing in Beta, I can design and deliver research that gives you the insights you need to make data- and evidence-driven decisions.

  • From user stories and acceptance criteria to backlogs and roadmaps, I can help you manage and prioritise the development of individual products or broader portfolios. I’ll also work with your product owners, teams and leaders to help you develop product and digital strategies.

  • From recruitment and training to mentoring and policy development, I help you build and strengthen high-performing research and design teams. I work closely with your leaders and teams to implement best practices, foster continuous growth, and ensure your team delivers impactful, user-centered solutions.
