I founded Illuminate UX in 2020 with the aim of creating a human-centered design consultancy that bridges the gap between technology and the people who build and use it. As a passionate, driven UX specialist in service design, user research, and product management, I use design thinking, research methodologies, and strategy to help product and service teams understand the problems they and their users face. My goal is to help them build the right solutions to those problems. I work with teams to apply a human-centered design approach to their processes, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that meet both business and user needs. I focus on the end-to-end user experience across services and help teams understand the broader ecosystems in which they and their users operate. By collaborating closely with developers, researchers, product managers, and service owners, I take a whole-team approach to problem-solving and solution design.
